I work with women managers motivated to balance their successful carreer with a spiritually-fulfilling personal life.

All of us need support and encouragement in our lives. We were not meant to do everything by ourselves. Coaching is a proactive and dynamic approach to discovering who you really are. As a personal and spiritual development coach, I seek to assist you in your discovery or affirmations of your true values and beliefs.

As you identify the changes that you seek to make, spiritual coaching provides an understanding of choices, perspectives as well as clarification of personal values that will guide your journey.

The Purpose of our coaching sessions is to:

• To have clarity in your understanding of you as a spiritual being
• Apply exercises, guidance and skills to your daily life
• Consciously connect body, mind and spirit
